Jacey joined the banking industry in the early 2000s as an intern through a high school program. Over the course of her career, she has worked in various departments, including teller operations, bookkeeping, accounting, branch management, customer service, consumer lending, and commercial lending.

Her diverse background has provided her a well-rounded understanding of banking operations and client services. Working in commercial lending has been especially rewarding for Jacey, as it has allowed her to help clients in her small-town community turn their dreams into reality. 

Allison is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Food and Resource Economics.

Jennifer began her banking career at age 18 and has gained experience in customer service, personal banking, consumer lending, management, community outreach, and mortgage lending.

One of her  greatest joys is helping individuals and families achieve their dream of home ownership. She understands that buying a home is more than just a financial transaction, it’s an exciting and meaningful milestone. Her goal is to make the process feel personal, comfortable, and as stress-free as possible by being there for my customers every step of the way.

Originally from Havana, Cuba, Jennifer has proudly called Suwannee County home since she was 12. Outside of banking, she enjoys spending time with family and being involved in her community.

Laura Hernandez started developing deep roots in the Live Oak community in high school. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is passionate about making the home financing process welcoming, understandable, and personal for every customer. She’s known for going  above and beyond to help individuals and families achieve their homeownership goals while delivering the exceptional, hometown service our customers have come to expect.

Born and raised in Mayo, Kelsey loves her community and strives to provide excellent customer service to everyone she meets. When not at work, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her husband and children. 

Tiffany began her banking career as a teller and grew into roles as loan operations specialist and assistant branch manager. Tiffany takes pride in growing, leading teams, and helping people along the way.

With more than 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Sandy brings a strong foundation of discipline, problem-solving, and attention to detail into everything she does. Sandy combines industry expertise with a refined eye for design, creating spaces that reflect a balance of timeless style and modern sophistication. Approaches every initiative with intention, research, and a commitment to quality.

Tonya is a dedicated Branch Manager who has been serving customers in the banking industry since 2019. Known for her friendly and approachable personality, Tonya is committed to providing exceptional service and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued. Her strong work ethic and genuine care for others make her a trusted resource for both clients and colleagues.
